Banana Nut Pancakes

Adding bananas and nuts to your pancakes not only enhances their flavor but also boosts their nutritional value. Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 Cup of desired milk or water
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 large bananavery ripe, mashed
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Add the pancake mix to a mixing bowl.
  2. Add Cinnamon
  3. Mix Mashed banana and milk/water and mix until smooth
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until a smooth consistency.
  5. Add walnuts (if decided to)
  6. Pour pancakes on griddle (About 3 inch circles)
  7. Flip when pancakes start to bubble.
  8. Remove from heat and add any toppings.
  9. Enjoy!
